How “Pattern and Function Lab” works

🎓 You are learning to: Move between a pattern, its algebraic rule, its graph and its contextual meaning—then justify that each representation is equivalent.

This studio works in three steps:

  1. 🎯 Choose a mission

Each mission is a focused challenge from the menu at the top.

  2. 🧠 Decide and justify

Select the option you could defend — which rule, definition or representation supports it?

  3. 🔁 Check, reflect, improve

If the check finds an error, work out why before moving on. Finish by choosing the reason that shows how you know.

Missions in this studio: Build a sequence rule · Substitute and solve an equation · Connect a line, table and formula · Model ratio and direct proportion

💡 Aim to explain your method, not just your answer.
